Blueberry Chia Seed Pudding

A healthy treat, for those that have a sweet tooth, or just want a light snack

Chia seeds are an excellent source of antioxidants, high in protein and fiber as well as calcium and magnesium which good for bone mineral density

This is an easy sweet treat ideal for a desert, light snack or even breakfast meal that is full of nutrition and vitamins. This desert was made during the TTI Family health show, by Alvin and Louise Mcqueen, if you would like more info their details are at the bottom of the page.

Blueberry Chia Seed Pudding

1hr 10mins mins Serves 1-2 Easy


2 Tbsp Chia seeds

1/4 Cup Soya milk

1 Cup Blueberries

1/2 Cup extra soya milk

Vanilla Essence


  1. Place 2 tbsp of chia seeds in a glass with ¼ cup of soya milk mixed with vanilla essence and refrigerate for 30-mins- hour until set

  2. Add cup of blueberries in a nutri-bullet with some of the milk and blend until a thicken mouse.

  3. Finally add the chia seeds into a bowl and then pour the mouse on top

  4. Then Garnish with some fresh mint, some fresh blueberries, but it's all optional as to how you would like.
