Finding remedies in food

The Flu Bomb

 

Ingredients

1-2 cloves garlic 

Ginger 

Eucalyptus oil

Cayenne pepper 

Lemon juice 

1tsp honey 

1/2 cup water

How to make it 

Crush up 1-2 cloves of garlic an place into a jar 

Then grate or thinly slice a 1/4 tsp of ginger into the garlic

Next add 1 drop of eucalyptus oil 

Add some cayenne pepper (how much is optional for a child a sprinkle and for an adult around 1/2 tsp)

Give it a mix and the add the juice of a lemon, and a tsp of honey 

Finally add 1/2 cup of hot water mix again and the drink away.

This can be taken for a cold, a flu, and also help to relieve bronchitis, asthma and pneumonia.

How should you take it?

For a cold or flu this should be taken 3x a day and you will start to feel the difference within 3 days as long as you are maintaining the 8 laws of health 

​

Note: Always listen to the body's response it you feel relieved then you know it's working and what the body needs

If you are giving to a child make sure to reduce the quantities of cayenne, garlic and ginger. 

​
