Avocado Smoothie with Berries

A quick and healthy way to start your day or have a a nice evening meal perfect for your family, children or when you need something nutritious and on the go!

Avocado is a great source of vitamin C, E, K and B6, avocados are also an excellent source of Omega-3 fatty acids, fiber and healthy fats to keep you full, and contain zero cholesterol. Use ripe avocados. Blueberries are superfoods that are jam-packed with antioxidants (like vitamin C and anthocyanin) and other vitamins and minerals (like iron, calcium and zinc) which offer benefits for both the bones and skin.

Avocado Smoothie with Berries

5-10 mins Serving: 1 large or 2 small smoothies Easy


  • 1/2 cup unsweetened plant based milk

  • 1 cup fresh spinach or 1tsp powdered power greens

  • 1 medium ripe banana

  • 1/2 ripe avocado peeled and pitted

  • 2 cups frozen berries

  • 1tbsp ground flaxseed

  • 1tbsp almond butter

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon


  1. First make sure all your ingredients are washed

  2. Place all the ingredients in your blender in the order listed: almond milk, spinach, banana, avocado, blueberries, flaxseed meal and almond butter.

  3. Blend until smooth

  4. If you'd like a thicker smoothie, add a small handful of ice. For a thinner smoothie add a little bit of almond milk

  5. Enjoy ;)
