Carob and Almond Energy Balls
5-10mins Makes 8-10 balls Very Easy
Ingredients
252g crunchy almond butter or peanut butter
37g carob powder
3 1/2 tbsp honey
2-3 tbsp rice krispies
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
4 tbsp crushed pistachio nuts
Instructions
Place your almond butter in a bowl
Then add in your seeds and rice krispies and mix together
Next add your carob powder
Finally add your honey and combine all ingredients together
Shape you mixture into balls with your hands should until the mixture is finished
optional- if you have any extra seeds or nuts around you can roll your ball in those seeds and let them sit for a few mins
