Its high fiber content can help improve digestion and ease constipation. Celery provides many health benefits and nutrients that promote overall health in numerous ways.

3 kale leaves
2 stalks celery
1 drop of cilantro essential oil
First make sure all ingredients are washed and cleaned
Next combine all of your ingredients apart from the essential oils and put them through the juicer
Once juiced, add the essential oil to the juice
(add more essential oils to taste)
Drink up, and enjoy
optional: if you want, you can add some ginger too, to give it a bit of a quick.
