Omega-3 are unsaturated fatty acids, that help to support the function of major organs in the body. Such as the brains, heart and eyes, therefore it is very important to consume omega-3 in your diet, or in supplement form.
Omega 3 Breakfast Sprinkle
1/4 cup of Chia Seeds
1/4 cup Flax Seeds
1/4 hemp seeds
1/4 ground nuts
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1/8 tsp salt
Measure out all of your ingredients
Then pour them all into a large bowl/container
Make sure to mix all of your ingredients together thoroughly
Finally sprinkle your desired amount on your porridge, smoothie, cereal, yogurt ect. (whatever you believe is best suited to you)
