Coriander and Lime Guacamole

A great addition to add to a meal for a starter, healthy, tasty and quick or even as a light snack. A perfect dip for tortillas, breadsticks, crackers and can even be used as a spread in sandwiches.

When used internally, coriander (cilantro) essential oil can aid in healthy digestion and act as a natural cleanser and detoxifier for the body. Coriander essential oil can also help cleanse and freshen the air when its sweet and herbal aroma is diffused

Coriander and Lime Guacamole

10 mins serves 2-3 easy


  • 4 large avocadoes

  • 1 lime juiced

  • 1/4 cup onion chopped

  • 2 medium tomatoes chopped

  • 2 drops lime oil

  • 1 drop coriander

  • salt (to taste)

  • 3-4 coriander leaves (optional, to garnish and also to be chopped)



  1. Chop the coriander, onion, tomatoes and set aside

  2. Then halve the avocadoes and remove the pit

  3. Scoop out the flesh and smash avocadoes in a medium bowl

  4. Add cilantro, onion and tomatoes into the smashed avocado mixture

  5. Add essential oils, lime juice and salt

  6. Mix all ingredients and enjoy with tortilla chips of your choosing
